Same thing happened to me yesterday. I was in the process of approving it and it never took me to the order confirmation page. The stars came out of her account, and the item was no longer in my account to approve, but it never showed in our order staus screen.

I called CS and they transferred me to Club CS and she put the order through and gave me a confirmation number. I'd definitely call back today to make sure the item you ordered doesn't sell out before it's processed!
